I am not much on recipes but after a quick YouTube tutorial and a trip to HEB it was on. I have to admit I had to add a little bouillon, bay leaf and thyme to my broth after my first taste test it was kind of bland to me.
Ingredients
Broth : Short ribs, onion, fresh ginger, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, beef bouillon, salt and pepper. Boil/simmer for 2-3 hours. Flavors will become richer with time.
Meat of your choice, I prefer roast but a good tenderloin medium rare is awesome.
Top rice noodles with meat, broth, bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño, basil, purple onion and lime. I like to make a sauce of 50/50 garlic chili and rice wine vinegar
